Collaborate closely with a diverse ensemble of Platform Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and Product Owners to conceptualize and execute impactful projects. Conduct meticulous code reviews to uphold superior standards of software development. Provide comprehensive technical mentorship to junior Software Engineers, nurturing their growth and proficiency. Drive the enhancement and implementation of automation tools within a microservices architecture for seamless deployments. Continuously refine release processes, steering towards a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration paradigm. Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to address production issues promptly. Contribute to, and occasionally lead, the design and architecture of projects and features. Execute deployments across production and non-production environments, demonstrating readiness for on-call duties as part of a rotation schedule. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in a computer-related field or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development for web-based applications. Extensive experience with the following: .NET, Angular 12+, C#, jQuery, MVC, WCF, SQL, HTML5, and CSS 3.0 Experience with Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes.
