Adapt knowledge about various Software Solutions for sales and marketing, data analytics, customer relationship management, and compliance management within Pharma Domain. E.g. CRM tools, Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, Data Management and Integration platforms, Digital Asset Management Tools, Omnichannel Ability to evaluate and recommend IT systems and tools that can enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth. Additionally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT solutions align with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization. Understands IT operations, and is able to meet the deliverables as committed to the client. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Preferred Knowledge about Veeva, Snowflake, Salesforce, MDM, Informatica, Alignment tools, MicroStrategy.
