Description: * The IT Business Analyst within the Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. * They will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for IT projects, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and objectives. * The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and they will provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for IT projects. Business Process Analysis: Capture and analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Strong to mastery use of Microsoft Office products & tools including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Visio is required to document, communicate and brief client current and future state processes and perform extensive data analysis. Requirement Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Requirement Management: Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project objectives. Provide extensive process and system support for all aspects of data integrity, transactional process adherence, troubleshooting, and root cause identification. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT professionals. Ability to communicate to all levels within the organization in a professional manner both in written and oral/spoken channels. Develops and maintains a relationship of trust and value. Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices.
