She needs someone that is very strong in documentation / process mapping / communication / Jira / Confluence. She would consider a technical writer even as they are going to be doing a lot of documenting. Previous governance experience is a plus. Previous Agile experience is a plus. Any knowledge on AWS/Cloud is a plus. They do not need to have a data background. Be able to draft communication to be sent out to NEER IT.
