In this role, you will partner with customers and internal departments to analyze business needs, design and maintain technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers or departments to understand technical challenges related to system design and maintenance. Analyze business processes and data to recommend and plan for new MES implementations. Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and maintain reports on project progress, activities, and system status. Qualifications: Essential Skills: o 10+ years of experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) within the Semiconductor industry. o Proven experience as an MES Business Analyst, with expertise in Due Diligence and Fit-Gap Analysis. o Ability to bridge the gap between customer requirements and MES solutions, leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features to minimize customization. o Experience in MES master data setup and configuration, including customization, performance optimization, and interface upgrades. o Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve project challenges. o Experience working with a Critical Manufacturing MES Tool. Desirable Skills: o In-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end manufacturing processes, along with a solid understanding of MES modules. o Familiarity with shop floor systems and manufacturing workflows. o Expertise in writing SQL stored procedures. o Experience in unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, deployment, UAT, and Go-Live support. o Strong technical and functional documentation skills.
