From: pallavi, yochana [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role: SFDC Admin/BA with supplychain Job Location: Irvine, CA(onsite) Project Duration: 6-12Months Job Description: Mandatory Skills : Inventory management system (Salesforce) This is non-Technical role but person should know Salesforce tool with Inventory management experience Creates orders in inventory management system (Salesforce) and purchase order management systems (Oracle) for inbounding of purchased spare parts Bachelors or Associates degree - required 2 years work experience - required Exp in medical device industry a plus, not required Work onsite 2 to 3 times a week, Hybrid - required Demand planning placing orders for spare parts, planning of optimal safety stocks, coordinating of cycle counts Logistical Coordinating coordinating of shipments based on requests from field, tracking of the shipments and timely communicating of shipments/ delays, etc. managing of field communications on logistical aspects Documentation updating of all transactions in the service management system to reflect actual status and other aspects as needed.
