Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years Detailed Job Description: 1. Knowledge and Hands on in VM tools: Qualys, Onapsis, etc. along with ITSM (SNOW). 2. Team management, client and stakeholder communication needed. 3. Vulnerability analysis including false positives, exception process, application drill downs, etc. SAP Onapsis Support Vulnerability &Compliance: Monthly scheduling of the scans and detailed analysis of the vulnerabilities and compliance level of systems Prioritize the remediation of vulnerabilities. Work with remediation team to prepare remediation plans of the vulnerabilities as per agreed template and frequency. Tracking and updating the progress of remediation of the vulnerabilities monthly. Lead the Vulnerability Remediation Governance meeting to provide status of vulnerability remediation progress. Knowledge of Change Management Process. Detection & Respond: Monitoring of the alarms and incidents. Investigating the incidents triggered using Onapsis Dashboard. General: Trouble shooting issues related to the Onapsis console. Addition of new Assets to Onapsis Platform Creation of New Alarm profiles as required. Creating cases and tracking of them related to Onapsis tool issues with Onapsis team. Creation of documents as required. Following the process and guidelines of customer Infrastructure Vulnerability Management: Getting Asset lists for in-scope IT infrastructure and for Critical Vulnerabilities. Support on remediation assistance on the vulnerabilities reported. Tracking the vulnerability remediation in Weekly governance meetings and report it to customer and highlight any risks or dependency. Identify Improvement opportunities and resolution of disputes during the backlog review. Reverification of fixed vulnerabilities by leveraging Customer ServiceNow (earlier Qualys VMDR) platform through Fortnightly scan. Provide monthly vulnerabilities report to client. Prepare vulnerability status reports.
