Job Title : SAP Ariba Location : Houston, TX Job Description Role Description: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant Competencies: Digital : SAP Ariba Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant Desirable Skills: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant SAP Ariba consultants help organizations optimize their procurement processes using the SAP Ariba suite of cloud-based solutions. They possess expertise in Ariba modules like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Spend Visibility, and Supplier Management, and assist clients with implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support. Responsibilities: Project Management: Participate in project lifecycles for SAP Ariba implementations and upgrades. Gather business requirements, define project scope, and create project plans. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Expertise: Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules (P2P, Spend Visibility, Supplier Management, etc.) based on client needs. Develop and implement data migration strategies for transitioning to Ariba. Integrate Ariba with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) for seamless data flow. Automate workflows and processes within the Ariba platform. Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access control. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on utilizing SAP Ariba functionalities. Provide ongoing technical support to users after implementation. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to encourage user adoption of Ariba. Address user concerns and provide ongoing guidance throughout the change process.
