Job Title: Technical Product Owner (Financial Treasury) Job Location: Skillman, NJ (3 days/week onsite) Key Technology: Project Management, Jira, financial planning Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Treasury transformation initiatives, with a focus on people, processes, data, and technology. Set standards for outstanding communication, change management, and program management to drive transformational change across Treasury. Define the scope of Treasury transformation, assess impacts on Treasury processes, and identify key stakeholders and their requirements. Design and implement process improvements, controls, and operational efficiencies within Treasury. Lead the identification and implementation of technology solutions to enable Treasury transformation in partnership with IT and other teams, including automation of Treasury processes. Implement best practices for Treasury operations, financial accounting & reporting, forecasting, planning & analysis, budgeting & control, treasury, taxation, etc. Develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, and other related deliverables to ensure successful change adoption. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including Treasury, business partners, IT, and external partners such as auditors. Measure and track the benefits of the Treasury transformation program against established goals and targets. Manage program communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear, concise, and timely updates and maintaining alignment between the program and the organization's overall strategic direction. Motivate and manage the Treasury transformation team, ensuring high levels of collaboration, quality standards, and adherence to best practices. Monitor and report on program performance, including metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Treasury transformation initiatives. Identify and mitigate program risks and escalate issues and challenges to senior management as appropriate. Skills and Experience Required: Required: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Treasury transformation, Treasury operations, financial planning & analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale Treasury transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders/partners. Experience communicating and working with a global audience. Familiarity with Treasury technology applications and platforms, including financial systems and reporting tools, ERP systems, and automation tools/applications. Experience with Java, ABAP Dev-Ops, and ECC SAP ERP Treasury modules support. Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimation and roadmap planning. Familiarity with Audit/Service Now metrics and dashboarding. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team of professionals. Desired: Knowledge of SAP FICO module and experience leading SAP Treasury solutions preferred. Experience with Req-to-Pay (R2P) processes, VIM, OCR, E-invoicing, and Ariba Buying preferred. Hands-on experience with Jira suite preferred.
