These types of problems will require the ability to consider all aspects of an issue including hardware, software, network, security issues, and even potential programming issues Ability to work and coordinate with other department management and staff as part of a cross- functional project team is critical Extensive knowledge of Cisco Internetworking Operating Systems including versions 12.0 and higher Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory including sites, group policies, accounts and integration of third-party systems using LDAP.
