Must have experience in creating Workflow rules, Process builder processes and visual cloud flows in Salesforce. Must have Integration experience in developing custom API's, work with standard API's and in creating web services. Must have Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience (AURA/LWC Project experience). Experience with the complete SDLC including solution definition, estimating and project planning. Experience on deployment through change set, Metadata, ANT-based tools, experience in using git, VS Code for code management. Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within the agreed timeline. Perform configuration and customization on Salesforce platform, develop dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with VisualForce,and Apex coding language. Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization. Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team and can designate tasks to team members. Good to have certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Builder/Admin.
