Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: Golden Valley, MN Essential Skills: Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow design and development experience. Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience. Experience with at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a senior Architect. Development expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, and GRC. Strong consultative background in enterprise environments, with experience working closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives. Expertise in various ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, ITOM, Event Management, CMDB/Asset, SLM, Knowledge Management, Report/Performance Analytics, Service Catalogs, Content Management System/Service Portal, Web Service Integration, and custom application development. Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases. Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle. Strong technical and leadership skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages. Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices.
