Be on a rotation to respond to TechOps availability incidents and provide support for service engineers with customer incidents. Use your on-call shift prevent incidents from ever happening. Run our infrastructure with Terraform, Azure PaaS and/or Kubernetes. Make monitoring and alerting notify on symptoms and not on outages.
