Position: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant Location: Chicago(Downtown), IL and Lincolnshire, IL Duration: 12+ months contract Onsite from Day 1 Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Experience (Years) 08 & Above Competencies: Digital: SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle EBS HCM R12 Role Description: Oracle HCM Techno Functional - is Responsible for handling HCM applications and integrations with HCM applications. Should have expertise and knowledge in HCM functionalities and Core Modules of HCM. Should be able to give Solutions for New business processes and functions requested from the HRIS team. Have a brief knowledge of year-end activities like Appraisal cycle payroll Processing and ADP integrations . 7+ years in HCM modules and functionalities. Responsible for building or providing new solutions for HRIS business requirements. Should have Technical knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM extracts, and BI/OTBI report development. Should know about Talent management, Absence management, etc. Lead the functional, and technical design, effort estimation, and implementation/execution. Good knowledge of Security and Roles etc. Cross-functional knowledge is required from both IT & HR business perspective. Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality Essential Skills: Technical Expertise in developing RICE/CEMLI components (Data migration, HCM extracts, HDL, fast formula, spreadsheet loader, Reports, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions & Extensions) in Oracle Fusion applications should have exposure to Talent management, absence managers, and other modules in HCM cloud. Should be able to drive Solutions for HR business processes and new functionalities. Compensation management module knowledge is essential to support the existing landscape. HCM extracts, Fast formula, SQL, and Pl/SQL knowledge are essential. hands-on experience integration with other systems like ADP, Vanguard, etc. Should be able to create new interfaces with External applications via REST APIs and Web Services. Desirable Skills: Good interaction and connection with Business stakeholders. Good understanding of the Product development team and IT enterprise apps dev team Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business executives, managers, and subject matter experts Very good articulation skills and lead to drive-focused meetings with various stakeholders (business & IT) Ability to think analytically and should have excellent problem-solving skills.
