If you have any matching profiles please get in touch with me Role name: System Administrator Role Description: This position will primarily responsible for handling the Security Operations ticket queue resolving security agents or endpoint issues, for tools such as Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Tanium, etc. This person will need to be able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it himself, or work with the people who have the proper access to resolve it. This person should have good networking/connectivity troubleshooting skills along with a good knowledge of end-user computing and server admin skill sets since the agents are in both of these areas. Good interpersonal and communications (written and spoken) skills would be required as this person would need to speak with end users and server admins alike and update the tickets. This person would also be responsible for creating weekly analytics reports with data sourced from various tools and platforms related to agent health, installations/saturation, status, alerts, and other such metrics. A goal of this position is to ensure that the security agents are installed on the target systems and that they are working properly. This person would report on any agent that are no longer reporting or working properly and work to resolve them. Competencies: MSS - Vulnerability Management, RedHat Linux Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: Experience maintaining and troubleshooting security tool agents/endpoints. Experience with Security tools such as: Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Tenable, etc. Experience as Windows Server Admin (to be able to install/troubleshoot security tool agents). Experience as Windows Desktop support (to be able to install/troubleshoot security tool agents). Good networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills (tracert, ping, nslookup, etc.) Good interpersonal skills to be able to speak to end-users and systems admins. Good communications skills in English both written and spoken. Good reports creating skills in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Network Admin experience a plus. Linux Admin experience a plus. Vulnerability/Patch Management experience a plus. Experience with endpoint management software for software/patch deployment as BigFix, SCCM, Tanium, etc. a plus.
