Role: RPA Developer Location: 100% Remote Visa: USC and GC Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB Job Description As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and implement software bots that automate repetitive, rule-based tasks using RPA tools and technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation. You will also work closely with other members of the development team, such as business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the RPA solutions meet the client's needs. Responsibilities: Designing and developing software bots using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Developing and maintaining technical documentation related to RPA solutions. Participating in project planning, estimation, and implementation activities. Collaborating with clients to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. Debugging and troubleshooting RPA solutions as needed. Providing training and support to end-users of RPA solutions. Continuously improving RPA solutions to ensure they are efficient, effective, and reliable. Staying up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends. Qualifications: Strong background in software development, with experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Understanding of business processes and workflows, as well as experience working with RPA tools and technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certification in one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
