Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. Ability to formulate and articulate technical vision. Must have strong requirements gathering experience. Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle. Strong technical and leadership skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual as well as detail levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
