In-depth understanding of Kafka architecture, including brokers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups. Hands-on experience with Kafka administration, including cluster setup, configuration, and performance tuning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala. Experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and other Kafka ecosystem tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a technical leadership role is preferred. Kafka certification (e.g., Confluent Certified Developer/Operator) is a plus. Role: Technical Project Manager 10+ years Experience Mandatory.
