The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital management and learning processes, with extensive experience implementing and optimizing Workday solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM and Learning solutions. Workday HCM and Learning certification are strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning. Proven ability to lead Workday HCM and Learning implementations from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop comprehensive Workday HCM and Learning solutions. Lead Workday HCM and Learning implementations, including configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday HCM and Learning solutions with other systems and processes. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionality and best practices. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Workday HCM and Learning, and incorporate innovative solutions into client projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and Learning, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients. Regards!!
