Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, Reporting. Experience in HR business processes. Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments - **Should have managed teams, solution, and project delivery** Experience working in matrixed organization. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Hands on configuration experience in both on prem and cloud environments Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces, and architecture. Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors.
