Role: END USER COMPUTING Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Working 3 days in office) Duration: Contract Must have Skill sets: Windows Client OS Patching, SCCM, Ivanti, Airwatch, M365, Intune, Horizon VDI, Active Directory-LAPS,Deskside Support. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Expert knowledge on Windows Client operating systems, Ivanti and SCCM Administration. Expert knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment. Powershell Scripting. Strong Knowledge on Management of Active Directory LAPS. Deploy and configure SCCM infrastructure to support software deployments. Troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues and perform necessary remediation. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure proper integration of SCCM with other systems and tools. Monitor and Maintain the health of SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points and clients. Develop and follow upgrade procedures rollback plans and documentation for reference. 3rd party application patching through ivanti tool. Tier-2/3 Break-Fix Support includes MS Teams, Exchange, Onedrive, Horizon VDI issues, software installation failures. Knowledge on M365 support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process, including compatibility problems, connectivity issues or software bugs. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and coordinating with peer teams. Perform other duties as necessary. Related certifications preferable. Focus towards process automation. ITIL Knowledge Problem Management and Change Management. Provide Level- 24/7 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
