Respond to and triage HR systems case management requests. Run and resolve the outputs of system audits. Monitor and resolve Workday integrations errors and manage the integration vendor relationships for Tier I support. Handle verification of employment requests and escalations, including in-person mail requests Prepare and submit annual EEO1 reports and biannual OES (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics) reports. Generate ad hoc, simple Workday reports. Prepare and load basic Workday eibs Prepare metrics. Cataloguing HR system case management requests Identify, implement and coordinate process and system improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of HR operations experience. Proficiency in Workday or similar HR cloud based platforms.
