Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior MES Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Semiconductor domain to join our team in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in MES Business Analysis, including Due Diligence, Fit Gap Analysis, and system design and maintenance. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and expertise in both front-end and back-end Manufacturing processes. (Contract) Role: - Senior MES Business Analyst Location: Boise, ID, United States Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Responsibilities: Work closely with customers and departments to address technical issues and system design requirements. Analyze information and recommend the installation of new systems, focusing on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions. Consult with engineering staff to evaluate and understand business requirements in the Semiconductor industry. Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using out-of-the-box product features to minimize customization. Configure and set up MES master data, adapting it to customer requirements, improving performance, and upgrading interfaces. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively. Ensure thorough testing (unit testing, functional testing, integration testing) and documentation of MES solutions. Provide deployment support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live support for MES implementations. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) domain, specifically within the Semiconductor industry. Experience in MES Business Analysis, Due Diligence, and Fit Gap Analysis. Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end Manufacturing processes and MES modules. Proficiency in writing SQL stored procedures for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing of MES solutions. Technical and functional documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
