Deep expertise in architecting and scaling web applications within the Azure ecosystem. . Proven track record in designing and implementing secure systems adhering to industry best practices. . Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning within SQL environments. . Experience leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Bonus Qualifications: . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM templates). . Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js). . Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Technical Skills . Design Patterns: Solid understanding and application of relevant design patterns within the .NET/Azure ecosystem (MVC, MVVM, Repository, dependency injection, etc.). . Security: Experience in designing secure web applications following best practices for authentication, authorization, input validation, and encryption (both data in-transit and at rest). .
