Network Management Responsibilities: Network Configuration and Maintenance: Design, configure, and maintain the organizations local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems or a segment of a network system. Monitoring: Continuously monitor the network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Performance Optimization: Optimize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
