Application Experience: Workday, ServiceNow, Postman, SoapUI, Jira, Qtest, Microsoft Office Suite, Winscp. Personnel and Organization Management: Configure Supervisory Organization, Locations, Job Family, Job Profile and Benefit Plan Compensation: Compensation package, compensation grade, and compensation plan Business Process: Hire/ Rehire Action, Approval, Approval Chain and Checklist Security: Security roles and groups to the requirement level of confidentiality Custom Reports: Simple and Advance reports, calculated fields Workday functional areas: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management and Time Tracking.
