Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Domain Test Lead with extensive experience in leading tests from start to end and strong knowledge of marketing domain practices. (Contract) Role: - Audit and Compliance Marketing Domain Test Lead Location: San Antonio, TX, United States Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Responsibilities: Lead tests from inception to completion, including planning, scoping, and developing test scripts for transactional and control testing. Utilize strong marketing domain knowledge to understand and articulate complex regulations governing marketing functions. Conduct transactional and control testing, including Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE), to assess compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure common understanding and agreement on test procedures. Provide detailed and accurate documentation on business requirements and consolidate them with stakeholders through walkthrough sessions. Create and evaluate attributes to ensure accurate and timely review of enterprise transactions. Analyze data to evaluate samples and provide initial evaluations. Challenge information presented when necessary, providing explanations to ensure agreement is achieved. Suggest improvement actions based on testing results and observations. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in test leadership, with a focus on marketing domain testing and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of marketing domain practices and regulations governing marketing functions. Experience in developing test scripts for transactional and control testing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate walkthrough sessions. Auditing and testing experience in a regulatory compliance environment. Ability to understand complex regulations and break them down into simpler language for stakeholders' understanding. Strong multitasking abilities and proven ability to manage tests from start to end.
