Top 3 skills: Enterprise Architecture in a commercial banking environment Rockland Trust is growing their technology organization and looking to bring on an Enterprise Architect and Data Architect to evaluate current state of their banking applications, specifically commercial banking. There are a number of projects going on around the next stage of commercial lending and there are a lot of back-office systems involved. The Enterprise Architect and Data Architect will drill in and have the understanding of what questions to ask business users to get the topology of the current technology model, what business people are using it for and where is it falling short or where it is being used effectively. They need to get a good perspective of the current state/how the businesses are using the systems and then understand how the growth of those platforms will affect users and how it will benefit users. Ability to communicate and work with business users to understand how they use the systems. Documentation experience Excellent communication skills Commercial Banking experience thorough understand of how systems are connected and the technology underneath all the systems. Professional Architecture certification is a strong preference TOGAF, Microsoft or another one they feel this helps someone understand the bigger picture. Creating architecture standards.
