Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday Integration Testing Associate with previous experience working with the USAA client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web service integrations, particularly with SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to understand HCM Workday load data conversion loads and have a solid understanding of end-to-end Workday business process testing. (Contract) Role: - Workday Integration Testing Associate Location: San Antonio, TX, United States Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and execute web service integrations using SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT. Manage Workday HCM load data conversion loads and ensure their successful execution. Conduct end-to-end testing of Workday business processes, including configuration of supervisory organizations, job families, compensation packages, and security roles. Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Postman, SoapUI, Jira, Qtest, and Microsoft Office Suite for application experience. Configure and manage personnel and organization management aspects such as supervisory organizations, locations, job profiles, and benefit plans. Conduct testing of Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management, and Time Tracking. Collaborate with teams to integrate Workday solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), PRISM, and REST APIs. Ensure compliance with testing methodologies and processes, including system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing. Provide strong consulting and presentation skills to effectively manage client expectations. Requirements: Previous experience working with the USAA client is preferred. Strong experience with web service integrations using SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT. Ability to understand and manage HCM Workday load data conversion loads. Solid understanding of end-to-end Workday business process testing. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Postman, SoapUI, Jira, Qtest, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes, including ETL processes and batch processes. Testing certifications such as Workday, HCM applications, automation certifications, or Oracle certifications are a plus.
