Role: BI Developer & Offshore Coordinator Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Duration: Contract Description: Responsibilities : Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, with a focus on Tableau and Databricks platforms. Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports to support campaign marketing initiatives and business objectives. Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery. Analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Provide technical guidance and support to offshore team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data-related problems. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 7-12 years of experience in business intelligence development and data analytics. Strong proficiency in Tableau and Databricks, with hands-on experience in building complex dashboards and visualizations. Solid understanding of campaign marketing principles and experience in developing dashboards to track marketing performance metrics. Proven track record of coordinating with offshore teams and managing project deliverables. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work onsite in San Jose and occasional flexibility to coordinate with offshore teams across different time zones.
