| From: Abhishek, Intellectt [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] UX Designer || 100% Remote To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and provide technical guidance for work completion. (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. Additional requirement : - Deliver integrations with O365 suite of collaboration services to increase employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing - Design build and manage mobile first intranet experiences for employees and partners - Deliver low-code business process automation, and data analytics built on the Power Platform Specific responsibilities include: - Conduct user research, define user personas, and create current- and future- state journey maps - Develop wireframes and storyboards for mobile and web-based applications - Provide art direction for IT related instructional and promotional videos - Develop a standard design language documenting style, components, and patterns to drive user interface consistency, accessibility, and improved development velocity. - Include accessibility guidelines and best practices within each and every design, creating and inviting experience to users with potential visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities. - Administer end-user testing to assess and refine effectiveness of task completion for workflows. - Collaborate closely with technical product managers and front-end engineers to ensure visual design standards are met within the broader software development lifecycle.
