| Title: SAP Data & Analytics Project Manager Data Unlock Location: Remote Job Type: 12 Months Contract Job Description SAP Data & Analytics Project Manager to join a high-profile SAP Analytics project that will unlock actionable data insights from SAP S/4HANA and other applications for senior leadership. Responsibilities: Manage all aspect of projects throughout the lifecycle Project planning: schedule, resources, budget, scope Monitoring and Controlling project execution, Progress Reporting (KPIs), Exception Handling and KPIs Ensure project deliverables and checkpoints are produced, reviewed and approved according to LS&Cos Portfolio and Financial Governance Process Manage team of cross functional project team members to deliver technical scope Coordinate functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into solutions for multiple cross-functional uses cases Develop detailed scope plan and track delivery thereof, define what success means Report on project status and progress of deliverables, anticipate roadblocks and develop mitigation and action plans to resolve risks and issues. Plan and manage deployments Technical Product Skills Requirements Deep knowledge in SAP Analytics Solutions SAP BI/BW, Data Sphere, SAC Proficient knowledge in SAP Operational and Integration Solutions S/4HANA, BTP Proficient understanding in SAP Business processes within SAP like PTP, OTC, DTC and FICO Knowledge and experience in UI/UX is nice to have Experience in next gen tools using AI/ML, SAP Signavio etc is nice to have Communication and Leadership Experience: Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with cross team s with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members. Directly manage relationships with business stakeholders, including internal and external application owners, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. General Project Management Skills Project Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project progress Project Resource Management: Collaborate with resource managers to allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and external vendors, to support project execution Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Implement cost-saving measures where possible, without compromising project quality Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. Provide progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and alignment Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions. Continuously monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices Change Management: Facilitate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget.
