Job Title: SAP Scrum/Project Manager Location: Miami FL- Onsite Long Term Contract Responsibilities: Lead SAP implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Certified Scrum Master, experience in SAP projects, strong Agile knowledge, excellent communication skills. Lead Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and standards throughout project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience managing SAP implementation projects, preferably in a Scrum environment. Strong understanding of SAP technologies and modules, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, etc. Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global/multi-cultural environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
