| Title:- QA Test Engineer with Python ( Only Selenium with PythonTesting Not Selenium With Java) End Client:- Case New holland 2 year contract Onsite at CNH o Oakbrook, IL with availability to travel to Hinckley, IL for field testing (about 1 hour away) o Goodfield, IL :: Need Local Only MUSTS: -rates themselves 9 out of 10 or higher in python 5+ YEARS PYTHON IN A JOB SETTING - Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering - Python automation testing experience Experience reading and interpreting system and software requirements to develop test cases, test scripts and performing testing. Understanding of common software verification and validation concepts, including functional, performance, regression testing, boundary conditions, positive and negative test cases, code coverage, etc. PLUSES: Experience with Squish for QT test automation Experience with agriculture equipment/machines and agriculture operations is a plus: o seed sensing technology o path planning with headlands and obstacles o Seeding heatmaps Job Description: Analyze software and systems requirements Independently write, execute, and maintain test cases for vehicle system testing and software bench level testing. This may include new test documentation as well as support, maintenance, or enhancement of existing test documentation Execute tests on vehicle level and software bench level. This includes operation of agriculture machinery. This includes testing the display and machine ECU functionality, focusing on CAN bus functionality between the display and machine ECU and Autoguidence features. Testing will be a mix of manual and automated. Create test scripts in python where appropriate for bench level software testing. Create test results reports Report test progress according to software release schedules Analyze test result to determine future test coverage improvements Ensure traceability of test causes to requirements Required Qualifications: BS/MS in Agricultural is most preferred. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science also acceptable Experience with agriculture equipment/machines and agriculture operations. Example: o seed sensing technology o path planning with headlands and obstacles o Seeding heatmaps Experience reading and interpreting system and software requirements to develop test cases, test scripts and performing testing. Understanding of common software verification and validation concepts, including functional, performance, regression testing, boundary conditions, positive and negative test cases, code coverage, etc. Knowledge of CAN Communication, J1939 and ISOBUS Ability to work well with others in a team environment Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to professionally support periodic communication to management and technical teams is required.
