The day we submit the profile same day interview TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer role on the Infrastructure / Networking side AND NOT ON THE DEVOPS SIDE!! This manager specifically is NOT looking for DevOps (meaning they arent looking for heavy Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins, etc.). They are looking for the STRONG Networking (Azure Networking / Azure Virtual Networks / ExpressRoute Site-to-Site VPN Configuration / NSG Configuration / App Services Environments), Cloud Tenant Connectivity Networking Concepts (VNet Gateways / Networking ACLs / Security / Network Isolation), and Infrastructure (M365 / Windows Server Administration / AD). CNs HEAVY on DevOps are NOT the right fit. JOB SUMMARY The Senior Azure Cloud Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and support services, processes, and hardware/software within Azure Cloud Infrastructure environments. They will be involved in production support and will provide some off-hour critical and/or emergency support as required for business continuity. Manage Enterprise Solutions: Design, deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain HA (High-Availability) solutions in Azure/M365, implementing industry standards. Perform Proactive System Administration: Monitor system uptime, performance, and automate tasks. Provision Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Use Azure CLI PowerShell and ARM Templates for infrastructure provisioning. Manage Azure DevOps Repos: Implement and manage branch policies. Build and Configure Development Tools: Improve automation and code deployment, focusing on Azure operations, application development, and configuration. Identify and Diagnose Issues: Resolve issues, provide workarounds, and escalate as needed. Configure and Administer M365 Services: Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, following MS best practices. Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Software Solutions: Ensure stability of enterprise systems. Define and Implement Azure Services for HA: Ensure data redundancy, data loss prevention, and site recovery. Define and Implement Cloud Security Architecture: Ensure data security at rest/in transit, application security, and identity management. Administer Active Directory/Windows/Linux Servers: Manage group policies and server configurations. Develop and Monitor MIS Policies: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within cloud tenant environments. Install New Equipment and Manage Software Upgrades: Specify and manage upgrades/patches to email services. Manage Active Directory/DNS/FTP/Web Servers: Handle login servers, mail relays, and web services within cloud/on-prem data centers. Proactively Identify Technical Risks: Provide solutions to mitigate potential risks. Create and Update Documentation: Document system processes to meet compliance and auditing regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Senior Azure Cloud Engineer (5+ years): Experience managing enterprise-level tenants in Azure. Enterprise-Level Cloud Management (5+ years): Experience with Azure PaaS services, security provisioning, API management, Azure SQL, IAM, Azure AD, Azure B2C configuration, and cloud security models. Azure DevOps: Configuration and management experience. Azure CLI PowerShell/ARM Templates: Experience with IaC provisioning. Cloud Tenant Connectivity Networking Concepts: Understanding of VNet gateways, networking ACLs, security, and network isolation. Azure Networking Services: Knowledge of Azure networking, virtual networks, ExpressRoute, NSG configuration, and app services environments. PowerShell: Hands-on experience in cloud management and administration. Networking/Layer 3 Support: Proficiency in subnetting, addressing, VPN, etc. Windows Server Administration/Management (advanced): Experience with enterprise-level landscape. M365 Services (Exchange Online/Teams/SharePoint): Configuration, administration, and management. Active Directory/ADFS (advanced): Experience in on-prem data centers and Azure AD. Highly PREFERRED Azure Certifications: AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-140 Configuring/Operating Azure Virtual Desktop, AZ-303 Azure Architect Technologies, AZ-304 Azure Architect Design. MS Certifications: MS-500 M365 Security Administrator Associate, MS-102 M365 Enterprise Admin Expert.
