As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Order Management solutions to optimize our order-to-cash processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their order management requirements, including order capture, pricing, invoicing, and fulfillment. Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to gather business requirements and define order management workflows. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization. Solution Design and Configuration: Design Oracle Order Management solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and Oracle's product capabilities. Configure order capture rules, pricing structures, shipping methods, and fulfillment processes within Oracle Order Management. Customize workflows, approvals, and notifications to streamline order processing and improve order accuracy. Implementation and Deployment: Lead or participate in Oracle Order Management implementation projects, including system setup, data migration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Order Management with other systems (e.g., CRM, Logistics). Provide training and support to end users during system implementation and post-implementation phases. Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Order Management, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. Monitor order processing metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with Oracle product releases, patches, and updates, and apply them as necessary to ensure system reliability and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Order Management Functional Consultant, with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management solutions. Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order capture, pricing, invoicing, shipping, and inventory management. Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management modules such as Order Entry, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and Order Fulfillment. Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11i, including system configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle Project Management) are a plus.
