Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Position Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Remote Type : Long Term Job summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst III plays a pivotal role in enhancing and ensuring the highest standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle. This senior position involves leading quality improvement initiatives, developing complex test strategies, and mentoring junior analysts. The successful candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge in software architecture, advanced test automation, and will lead in the creation, execution, and improvement of test plans and cases to ensure superior product quality. Conduct thorough and detailed quality assurance testing of company products to ensure they meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and integration. Document and evaluate test results, track and manage defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Advanced Quality Assurance Testing 55% Develop comprehensive QA strategies that align with company goals and quality standards. Analyze current QA processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and support QA team members in the development and implementation of quality assurance best practices and standards. Quality Assurance Strategy Development 20% Lead, mentor, and train other QA Analysts on the team, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Facilitate team meetings and provide regular feedback and support to team members. Team Leadership and Mentoring 15% Stay updated with the latest trends in quality assurance, including automation tools, strategies, and best practices. Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations. Research & Development 5% Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance efforts, including detailed reports on defect findings, testing statuses, and project progress.q Documentation & Reporting 5% KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress). Expert knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. In-depth understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, programming languages, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Agile methodology advocate with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong background in software development and test methodologies. Advanced knowledge of software QA tools, automated testing frameworks, and test management software. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex test cases, manage defects, and oversee the entire QA lifecycle. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring other QA professionals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
