Job Description : Role : ServiceNow Technical Architect (12+) Location : San Diego, CA || Dallas, TX Onsite Duration : Contract Provide Technical Support/Assistance to Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and the client on best practices, architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions and adhere to the ServiceNow coding standards and guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support and maintenance for the solutions. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the ServiceNow platform and leverage them to enhance the solutions and customer experience. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution on complex problems. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex requirements.
