Role: Agile Business Analyst Location:Madison, WI.(Remote role with some travel) Duration:6months with possibility of extension or probably conversion Visa: Must have USC Client: Beacon Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst you will help identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered to project stakeholders. You will be able to work independently in complex situations or tasks. You will have a good working knowledge of all areas of business analysis. You will have a good understanding of various technical platforms and understand which applications in an organization deliver various business capabilities. Serve as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team to gather and communicate requirements which help define and verify solution design. Serve as a resource for design, development, and quality assurance, clarifying requirements throughout the project development life cycle. Strong,experienced BA who will be mostly hands-on, but also mentoring other BAs. Must-have skills Writing user stories Writing business and functional requirements Creating process flows 25% percent of your time could be mentoring other Business Analysts Please note that this person doesnt need to be SAFe certified, just a strong BA who is comfortable in an Agile environment and also knows how to navigate ambiguity at times and solve problems independently Nice to have: Experience working in Direct Selling organization SAFe Product Owner / SAFe Scrum Master experience You will work with geographical disbursed teams and be skilled at communicating across cultures. You will rely on your strong analytical and organizational skills to manage the myriad of details that must be thoughtfully considered and communicated to succeed in your job. Ability to work in agile & waterfall/etc.. methods as project assignments require.
