* Abilityto communicate clearly verbal

* Abilityto create documentation (requirements, issues/solutions, configurationworkbooks, etc.)

* Abilityto communicate technical issues at a level that is easily comprehensible to theaudience

* Abilityto work well under pressure and within defined processes

* Abilityto make recommendations for changes and improvements to tools and processes

* Abilityto execute very detailed analyses and record keeping with the highest qualitylevel

* Familiarwith the processes that consume CMDB data e.g. Incident, Problem, SDLC, Asset,and Change

* Excellentanalytical, and problem-solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity.

* Strongorganizational skills.

* Excellentcollaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a teamenvironment.

* Ableto work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handlemultiple priorities simultaneously.

Education & Experience

* Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science,Information Systems, or related equivalent IT field preferred.

* ITILFoundation v3 or v4 certification

* 1years of ServiceNow IT Operations experience

* 3to 4 years of experience working in global enterprises

* 4to 5 years of experience in regulatory environment
