| From: Sweety, Source InfoTech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you all are doing great, Please find the job description below, Position: Network Security Engineer 14243736 Client: Charles Schwab Location: Hybrid - Dallas/Denver/Phoenix (3x a week Mon Wed Thurs) Duration: 6 months Visa: GC/USC "Need Must have skills: Looking for Network Security Engineer to work on Zscaler migration/implementation. - Ideally they understand all aspects of Zscaler but their main preferred will be : web proxy/ZIA - Should have varying network security background: proxy, load balancing, firewall, etc. We are looking for a Network Security Engineer that will work full time for up to 40 hours per week, and will complete assigned activities which may include: Daily operations of Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access o Proxy consultation request intake processing o Web exception request intake processing o Planned changes resulting from intakes o CRQ creation for planned changes o Change Advisory Board call preparation and call attendance o Deployment of CRQ planned changes o Testing of changes Triage and resolution of reported user and system issues o Remedy INC user issue tickets o TechLine to support investigation of problems and restoration of service Pre-production application testing and triage Production rollout support Required Experience: o 2 years minimum experience supporting end users or IT systems o 2 years minimum hands-on experience with Zscaler in a production environment (If we had to change this to 1 year we could but Id like to see someone with some solid experience) o Customer service oriented o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Working knowledge of: o endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices) o networking o remote access o proxy o Demonstrate proficiency with Schwab Zscaler training prior to getting access to production portals.
