WCS Architect Should lead the team in technical and functional aspects of WCS/Ecommerce systems Communicate with customer and TCS leadership on regular basis, Lead team on severity issues, able to articulate the issue, provide root case and recommend solutions. Should be good in incident management. Should be able to debug issues on own and give solution with recommendation at detailed level with code snippet (if applicable) Should maintain foster relationship within team and customer.
