Extensiveknowledge on the payments architecture, setting up esockets andtroubleshooting pin pads is required. To manageand resolve systemic problems which may involve higher-touch or supportexpertise for RCA. Advanceddiagnosis and troubleshooting of connectivity and network issues in the lab. AnIndividual who has excellent written and oral communication skills and canprioritize and to multi-task work. Abilityto work in a team and collaborate through direct communication, ticket notes,and documentation. Maintaina good healthy relationship with other cross-functional support teams withinother areas of IT. Facilitateescalation of issues that cannot be completed within an agreed upon time frameand work with the SWAT team. Abilityto adapt to changing procedures, environments, and equipment in the QA space. Collaborativeapproach and open communication are a must.
