| Role: UX Designers- Robust Portfolio Location: Meclan VA or SFO CA-onsite hybrid Duration: Long term Contract 10+ years experience Principal UX Designer who will extend beyond conventional design responsibilities and will drive UX experimentation, product innovation, and mentorship, having a profound impact on the customer experience. The client is looking for a very autonomous and self-sufficient talent with a strong know-how in UX designing and creating design artefacts such as wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and videos to articulate and implement your concepts. The talent will be interacting with other Turing talents as well as an internal cross-functional team. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience as a UX Designer. 10+ years of a robust portfolio that includes projects that have been shipped, demonstrating impactful design work and leadership at the principal level. 5+ years of experience specialising in designing frictionless identity verification and/or log-in processes. Strong experience in a variety of design tools and methods, such as wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and interaction modelling. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential Great English communication skills, both spoken and written.
