This developer should have working knowledge of Ivanti and have developed custom workflows for the tool (ITSM ). Ivanti developer, one of our biggest needs is fixing the CMDB. Why is this Needed: Things didn't go well from ServiceNow to Ivanti so it makes it very difficult for the team to adequately use. Additionally, we need someone who can help with workflows and automation to eliminate a lot of manual work our Help Desk techs have to do - like assigning out the self service tickets. After that, we need them to know Ivanti well enough so that when we or they notice things (like not being able to indicate if a change was successful/unsuccessful for reporting purposes) we can submit a ticket and they implement it.
