Responsibilities: BA having skills in mapping integrations for Insurance Policy Admin workflows. Design thinking and use case mapping experience. Customer journey mapping experience. Understanding of API architecture, domain design, functional mapping across customer facing and OLTP applications like Guidewire. Experience in designing user experiences for omnichannel applications and mapping it back to API requests and responses. Strong ability to communicate in a cross functional environment. Experience in guiding developers / testers on functional and integration aspects of applications and integrated interfaces.
