Role: SAS Programmer Location: Iselin, NJ (Only Locals with Valid Local ID) Duration: Contract Key Skills: SAS,ADAM,TLF Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Develop SAS programs for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting according to project requirements. Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and other team members to understand project objectives and data specifications. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Write and execute SAS macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical trial reports and regulatory submissions. Conduct quality control checks on SAS programs and output to identify and resolve discrepancies. Participate in peer review activities to ensure adherence to programming standards and best practices. Provide support for ad hoc data requests and contribute to the development of data analysis plans. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAS programming techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in SAS programming including SAS/Base, SAS/Stat, and SAS/Macro. Experience working with clinical trial data and knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM) preferred. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly. Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus. Certification in SAS programming is desirable but not required.
