Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships. Experience with MID Server Administration. Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors. Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs and Performance Analytics. Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations. Expert knowledge Integrated Risk Management with a focus on implementing Policy Compliance Management, Risk and Audit Management. Expert knowledge in implementing HAM and SAM Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes.
