E-Mail me at [email protected] Position: ServiceNow ITOM Architect Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job Description: Candidate must have atleast 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) well versed with ServiceNow scripting Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework Good knowledge of CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework Working experience in Service Maps Experience in writing custom patterns Must have good communication skills Must have team handling experience Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) Good knowledge of CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework well versed with ServiceNow scripting, creation of custom patterns Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams Must have good communication skills Must have team handling experience.
