Job Title: Software Architect with Healthcare domain Location: Providence, Rhode Island Remote Position Required Skills: 10+ Years of experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in Healthcare domain Proficiency in providing technical direction throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to define application structure, system behaviors, and component relationships. Capability to make informed design decisions and document rationale. Experience on Cloud Platforms and understanding of the services provided by Cloud platforms Extensive Experience in creating Application Architecture and High Level design Knowledge of incorporating various architectural principles into designs Experience in creating the Application Architecture considering User Experience by adopting cutting edge UX/UI framework/technologies Experience in Architecting applications to implement Security adhering to enterprise Security polices and standards Experience in integrating applications with Identity Management solutions (e.g Active Directory, Azure AD etc) Ability to Architect Cloud native applications for Performance, Scalability, Resiliency and Auto recover/Fail over etc Proficient in facilitating technical discussions and reaching conclusive outcomes. Ensure alignment of detailed designs with solution architecture and documentation. Commitment to delivering technical components within defined parameters. Ability to present a cohesive view of technical components of projects. Take accountability for the delivery and quality of technical artifacts. Responsibilities: Provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure software solutions align with business goals, meet performance requirements Creates/identifies solution designs to deliver on software requirements by working with domain architects and appropriate technical teams. Work with UX/UI designers to create improved User Experience including improved business process. Work with Enterprise and Application security team to adhere to Security polices and standards in the Application Architecture Develop integration solution with Identity Management based on the business need Create Cloud native solution for improved and scalable applications leveraging the Cloud supported Scalability, Reliability, Durability solution Create Application Architecture and High level design documents, Collaborate with the associated Domain Architect, the Technical SME(s) and the Architecture community. Facilitate technical discussions and reach conclusive outcomes. Ensure alignment of detailed designs with solution architecture and documentation. Deliver technical components within defined parameters. Present a cohesive view of technical components of projects. Take accountability for the delivery and quality of technical artifacts. Title: Service Delivery Manager Location: Boston, MA(Only locals) Participates in the Program roadmap, rollouts, strategic discussions with internal and customer stakeholders (as and when needed) Alignment with Program Director/Business Relationship Managers Maintain overall Program-level view with the current state/progress and achievements E-Commerce background will be advantage Review delivery accomplishments Budgeting preparation and controlling Enable additional support from other HCL CoE/Practices Track work progress and maintain relationship with other Partners / Vendors / Suppliers Oversee Delivery Quality and Customer Escalations Experience of managing large scale digital program (25+ Team members) Ability to comprehend key digital technologies like Cloud, DevOps and e-Commerce. Strong experience in Retail Domain Build and maintain the right team to deliver the program/track. Identify and discuss any observed concerns with Scrum Master(SM)/Product Owner(PO) to assist the team in achieving successful delivery of iteration/PI objectives. Ensure compliance and reporting as defined for the track (in the long term it will come out of JIRA). Raise queries with respective SMs if issues found. Advance view of potential risks/escalations and work with SM/PO on Root Cause Analysis, define corrective action and/or remediation/mitigation as appropriate. Experience in organizational initiatives Value Creation/OCM/CSAT Identify learning needs to upskill the teams capabilities. Management of service delivery performance and compliance through agreed metrics and Service levels Commercially astute with strong negotiation and management skills to deliver supplier performance. Ability to communicate effectively across a complex and diverse group of stakeholders. Deep and practical ITILv3 knowledge and experience Ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones. Flexibility to work non-standard hours in supporting global production systems.
